Overview
Enjoy shopping with the following exchange policy features:
1 – If the product has a manufacturing defect, does not work properly, does not match the site description, or was received damaged as a result of transportation and shipping, you have the right to request a replacement for the product within a maximum period of 48 working hours
2 – To confirm the replacement request, a message is sent with a picture of the product + its accessories and a description of the problem via our Instagram page or via WhatsApp on 01204160420
3 – The replacement request will be responded to by the after-sales service team within 24 working hours from the date of sending the replacement request
4 – Make sure that the product is in its original packaging in the proper condition in which it was received and that the packaging is closed with the factory seal
Some products cannot be returned, namely:
Products that are not in their original packaging
Products that do not include all accessories
Knowing that return is not available in any case
